Believe it or not…
…For most of my life, I was simply trying to figure out how to stay positive in a world that often felt heavy.
Growing up, I learned early that our environment doesn’t always reflect who we truly are. I was the one who saw things differently - the one who believed there was always another way to look at life, even when others focused on the negative. That perspective became my greatest strength.
Over time, I discovered that positivity is not something you’re born with.
It’s something you practice, build, and strengthen through habits and mindset.
And that discovery changed everything.
Finding Strength Through Different Paths
Throughout my life, I found powerful outlets that helped me grow stronger, more resilient, and more hopeful.
Through tennis, I learned visualization, developed discipline, determination, and the mindset of a champion - eventually becoming a national champion and reaching #2 in the world as a junior.
Through art, I found my voice. My paintings became a way to express emotion, creativity, and perspective - and today they live in collectors’ homes from Miami to Shanghai.
Through reconnecting with nature, practicing meditation, breathwork, healthy living, laughter, surrounding myself with positive people and words, daily gratitude and affirmations, I learned how small daily practices can completely shift how we experience life.

The Turning Point
Like many people, I spent years learning how to shift my own internal dialogue - replacing limiting thoughts with healthier, empowering ones.
It didn’t happen overnight. It took willpower, discipline, experimentation, patience, and a willingness to face many fears and grow.
Along the way, I began to recognize patterns - simple but powerful habits that consistently helped me move from stress, doubt, or negativity back into clarity, strength, and hope.
Over time, those patterns became my framework.
A practical path anyone could follow.
The Method I Now Teach
That framework eventually became my program: “From Sunset to Sunrise.”
It’s a 9-step journey designed to help people reset their mindset, build powerful daily habits, and reconnect with their inner strength.
Each week we introduce a new habit that helps create lasting change - not through quick fixes, but through simple practices that reshape how you think, feel, and move through life.
Lasting transformation doesn’t happen overnight, it happens through consistent small shifts that compound over time.
